"Hotel Amadeus is a lovely hotel with an excellent location, making it easy to explore Seville on foot. The property has plenty of character, very good amenities, and our room was comfortable overall.
Unfortunately, our pre-arrival experience was disappointing. Our flight to Seville was cancelled, causing major delays, rerouting, and the loss of an entire day of our trip. I sent the hotel three messages explaining the situation and that we would arrive a day late. I also called several times but...

"I’m writing this review to recognize Antonio, he is the best front desk employee I’ve encountered in all of my travels. He goes above and beyond to make a guest feel comfortable and genuinely cares about every hotel guest. The location of the hotel is very good with shops, bars and restaurants a throw stone away. I was able to walk and bike every where. On the downside, the pool is very small (only 8 people) but it was never crowded and the air conditioning in my room did not cool enough....

"First of all this hotel is beautiful! We stayed in a room with a large terrace. The rooftop bar is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and the drinks are great! I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent location. First class all the way!"
