"We stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Inside the room, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable and fresh.
However, we were disappointed with the airport shuttle. We were promised a shuttle from the airport, but they failed to provide it. When we inquired, the answer was simply that they had "too many calls."
Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of old furniture in the room, and the carpet in the lobby had an unpleasant odor.

"Gorgeous view from the balcony! Bed and linens super comfortable. The steam shower was absolutely heavenly, water pressure and temp SOOOOO good!! Room service and food was great, and I loved how helpful the staff was. They brought by ice, water, and a snack without me asking once I had been there a few hours. Also they offer free afternoon snacks in the lobby. I got an amazing massage at the spa and used the sauna. My only complaint is that they don't have a hot tub and the pool was so freezing...
