The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The lady who made eggs to order and provided the breakfast did a nice job. But the property needs some upkeep. Hotel ZaZa Dallas
Check-in wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t super friendly and definitely not knowledgeable of the area. The rooms and hotel was clean and nice so no issues there. Valet was CRAZY expensive and they charged for internet plus and extra $45-$50 in “service” fees on checkout.

Rusk House Serviced Apartments
Wasn't aware that we needed to check in ourselves at the kiosk. Waited 15 minutes before the clerk mentioned anything. No signs giving details to direct that either. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks at diner extremely overpriced.
