"The front desk took 5 hours to get towels to us. The bathtub was dirty and it was also broken. I would've complained, but since it took 5 hours to even get towels I figured why bother.
However, the valet crew was excellent and I would've given them 5 stars if they had a separate rating system for just them"

"The valet staff were great, the location was great in the heart of everything but our room was very dirty upon arrival. We had staff enter our room FOUR times during our stay, once was housekeeping first thing in the morning, frustrating but okay. The rest of the times were by staff who did not announce themselves nor did we request anything. When we tried to bring it up to the front desk they shrugged it off and denied it? Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful."

"One of the two elevators had a problem - it was not able to go to a certain floor.
We were put on this floor and when I asked to be moved I was given a hard time because I booked through Expedia.
They were supposed to come the next day to fix the problem so I didn’t make a big deal of it but the repair was delayed and after the repair was done the issue persisted. Ours was a short stay but it was inconvenient & frustrating.
The hotel was not sold out, I don’t care how I booked the room, good...
