"The property is an old-style motel, but the rooms have been updated and are very lovely and cute, with plenty of K-cups and towels. My only complaint in the tiny, and I mean tiny (one can), refrigerator. Rooms need a small usable fridge, and a microwave would be a bonus. I would stay there again, no problem. The staff was very kind and accommodating."

"The property is clean inside and around the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re headed to UF, it’s 5 minutes away, really convenient. If you’re looking for a good dinner spot - Seoul Pocha is great right next door. So, overall a great experience. "

"It smells damp, the bathroom walls are damp and damaged, the bedroom floor is dirty, there are cockroaches, the pool is useless, with love and investment they can make a better hotel"

"Our king room was bigger than I expected. Bed was very comfortable & the pillows were good too. A lot of hotels I’ve stayed at have bad sheets but I was very pleased with the sheets here & they even fit the bed good. Breakfast was ok. Typical complimentary hotel breakfast. We will be staying here again next month since I have another appt. at Shands hospital not far down the road from the hotel. "
