"The outside of the hotel is very dated but the rooms are completely renovated and still have that paint and new wood smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to parks, nature trails and The Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Stadium) The manager was extremely helpful with a billing issue. I would stay there again."

"This hotel is backed right up to the college. Very quiet and safe location. Breakfast is not included, but available for additional charge. Staff very courteous, helpful and professional. Rooms are updated and very clean. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking is also plentiful. Many restaurants are about a 10 minute walk."

"The room and hotel were perfect, Ideal location, close to restaurants and shops. We stopped here on the way to Tampa for a cruise and it was a perfect location for that."
