"The hotel would earn a 4 to 5 star rating........BUT we did give a much lower one as there was a huge construction jobsite next to the hotel on our side (new high rise building). We would not have cared if the construction crew would have worked (VERY LOUDLY) just from 7 am to 10 or even 11 p.m. ..."
