We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel has a restaurant, a convenient shuttle service, and even free laundry and dryer facilities, which made our stay much more comfortable. Our room also had a dedicated walk-in closet, giving us plenty of space to organize our luggage and clothes. The only minor downside was a slight musty smell in the room, probably due to the humid weather. Other than that, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in a matter of days. We booked it the night before our stay. Joy Lu on the concierge desk was excellent yet again with our luggage and ordering transportation to the airport. We stayed at this hotel for our trip to Disney. It has shuttle buses that will take you directly to the park. This is only 10 minutes. It also has other shuttle busses that will take you to and from Pudong airport, downtown Shanghai, and Hongqiao. It is also not far from a subway stop. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff and extremely helpful. The restaurant is good and you can also order food from local restaurants.

Located near Shanghai Disneyland and offering a convenient shuttle service to and from the park, this hotel provides an experience that feels surprisingly close to staying at the official Disneyland Hotel—but at roughly half the price. The hotel features spacious family-friendly rooms, themed accommodations for children, and a variety of activities that help extend the Disney magic beyond the park itself. Thoughtful kid-friendly amenities, decorations, and arts-and-crafts activities made the stay especially enjoyable for our family. One unexpected bonus was the free guest laundromat, which allowed us to catch up on laundry after several days of traveling—a small detail that made a big difference in comfort and convenience. Overall, this hotel greatly enhanced our Shanghai Disneyland trip. It delivered excellent value, a family-friendly atmosphere, and helped turn our Disneyland visit into a more complete and satisfying vacation experience.

The room was clean and staff helpful. As the room was booked just for us to have a place to rest for a few hours before our evening flight so we cannot comment much about this accomodation. They were nice to provide complimentary soft drinks and snack in the room though. Also there is airport transfer which is one of the reason why we booked the room but didn't realise we had to pre-book the time slot and we ended having to take a private hire transport as the hotel transport have no space to accomodate us.

제가 먼지알레르기가 있어서 호텔에 묵으면 얼굴이랑 몸에 막 븕은두드러기가 올라오고 그러는데 이 호텔에서는 그런게 하나도없이 너무 무탈하게 잘 묵었어요~ 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 디즈니로 가는 셔틀버스가 있어서 편하게 갔다왔다했고 비록 시내랑 멀리 떨어져 있지만 상하이 택시서비스도 워낙 저렴해서 다음에 상하이 가면 또 여기에 묵을꺼예요

The shuttles are on a set schedule. We arrived from Hongqiao station. The next shuttle would’ve been 3 hours later, so we took a taxi (200yuan for over an hour ride). Shuttles to Disney and closest airport were much more frequent and very convenient.

Stayed here while visiting from the US for Disneyland and to see some things in the city. Very friendly and very helpful staff! The free shuttle to/from Disney and to/from the airport is extremely helpful. They sent us detailed instructions via email on how to get to the Pudong airport pickup area. There are free laundry machines (washer and dryer) with detergent included which was a huge help on our trip. The room size is excellent and the hotel area feels very safe. If the shuttle times dont work for you then didis are also super cheap from here: one all the way to the shanghai zoo was only about $22, all the way back from the bund was $15, rides to/from disney are about $5, and a ride to the costco down the street (where you can use your US membership) is about $2.50! Will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

The location is not close to the subway. And the service from the hotel is only to drive to the subway at certain times and not picking up. It’s not that convenient.
