When I arrived at the hotel by a taxi, I had trouble with paying the driver as I only had a credit card which was not an acceptable method. One of the hotel staff helped me with the payment! I really appreciated it. Many of the staff members didn’t speak English, but they were so courteous and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel room was spacious. I liked it very much.

Hotel auf den ersten Blick sauber und gut. Leider war im Bad auf den Fliesen Schimmel und die Dusche war überhaupt nicht dicht. Man hat beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Ds Essen konnte man gerade so essen.

Typisches Business Hotel, praktisch, passabel gelegen. Ca. 10min Laufen bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station, Taxis normalerweiser innerhalb von 5-10min vor der Tür. Diverse, auch westliche, Restaurants in 15 bis 20min Laufentfernung. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, auf die Dauer etwas eintönig. Der Service ist gut. Zimmer und insbesondere Bäder könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

立地は良くない。部屋は広くビュッフェ朝食は良し。

レセプションにスタッフが少なくチェックイン対応に時間が掛かりました。結構部屋単価が高い予約でしたが、本館から結構離れた別館で手配された。別館の作りが悪く、特に玄関が非常に狭く入ってからも狭い廊下なので安物感がありました。しかし、部屋は結構広く、ベッドもキングサイズでゆったりできました。初日にシャンプーがなく、間違ってバス用入浴剤が二つあった。朝のビュッフェは結構よかった。

お薦めしないホテル

部屋の掃除は手抜きとしか言いようがない程度の汚れ様でした。バスローブには女性と思われる長い髪の毛がまとわりついていたりして、残念ながら次回以降このホテルには宿泊しません。

在上海住過幾年，但是浦東一直不熟悉 老實說我完全不推薦浦東任何一家四星級以下的飯店。櫃檯人員的服務意識還不如打掃房間的阿姨。 感覺沒有受過飯店任何專業訓練。只會操作電腦以及收錢。超出這個範圍的一問三不知。連展覽館接駁班車到了前一天也不知道明天會不會有。通通距離這家飯店很近的，還有一家維也納，我倒是住過他浦西的衡山路店，下次如果住浦東會優先考慮換他家。

前臺服務人員授權預刷居然刷錯，直接扣款，要不是我有打電話給信用卡公司查證，回去就完了，非常不專業。 在此網站訂的價錢偏高很多而且還無早餐，hotels.com是不是要去幫忙爭取一下? 他們有跟在地企業簽約的價錢低很多，不然此處住宿費跟環境都還不錯，就是整體而言，CP值真的不高，離地鐵也遠。

利便性の悪いホテル

地下鉄6号線金橋駅からタクシー基本料金ですが、公共交通機関を利用するならお勧めできません 地下鉄駅へのバス「777」が出ているバス停まで、ホテルを出て右、交差点を左にファミマの前、徒歩5分 更にバスは1時間に2本です。 時間に余裕がある方は良いでしょう。 部屋の清掃は最悪で、食器は洗わず、10泊でシーツ交換は1回のみ、床は前の宿泊者のゴミが残り とても4星とは言えません。 市内中心部の3星ホテルの方が、安価で綺麗です。 朝食は価格ほどの価値もなく、食事付きのプランでがっかりしました。 スタッフも良くある一般的なチャイナスタイルで、ビジネスホテル並 毎夜開催されるホールのイベントがとてもうるさく、客層レベルも低い 全館禁煙のはずが、たばこ臭がいたるところであります。 50%OFFでも二度と利用しないと思います。
