Convenient location with helpful staff. The hotel has been around for a long time, a classic example of “old Shanghai”.

フロントが二階にあり、エレベーターはありません。フロントやエレベーターへも数段段差があるので、重い荷物があるときついです。施設は古いが、ホテルスタッフの人たちがマットレスを次々と虫干ししていましたので、メンテナンスはいいと思います。フロントの対応はとても良かったです。

オールド上海を楽しむホテル！

素敵なオールド上海を体験。部屋の広さや調度品、廊下の彫刻柱等に往時を空想する事が出来る。緑が広がるプライベート公園は精神的な豊かさを満たしてくれる。良いホテルでした！9階での朝食も公園のセミ音を聞きながらで夏を満喫できた！でも37度の外は厳しい！

建物は老朽化しており、かつての国営ホテルの雰囲気を残している。なんとも懐かしい感じ。私の旅行の目的がその雰囲気を楽しむためであったから問題はない。水回りはよく清掃が行き届いていていた。

The hotel is in a well-maintained historical building. The amenities are enough for a short stay. The service is not warm but adequate. There is no elevator to the lobby. I carried my suitcases to the second floor.

そこそこ歴史のありそうなホテルで、部屋は広く天井も高い。歴史と裏返しで建物全体は古いです。かつては相当な高級ホテルであったろう雰囲気を醸し出しています。周辺の利便性は高く、買い物・食事などには不自由しません。

地點方便合宜的酒店

以地點來說离靜安寺與常熟地鐵七號是交通相當方便的酒店. 如活動在上海市中心自然是合適. 上班時間交通上如無法搭上出租車公共交通可好好利用. 此酒店裝修有些舊. 但也是此酒店其具有的歷史特色. 其地點雖與廷安路很近, 不過整體是鬧中取靜. 酒店前有草皮地感覺環靜清優. 因行程在外活動多未享用酒店內的服務, 在結帳時時間有些久, 只有一人在退房結帳, 也正好是多人退房高峰時間, 這有改善空間. 空調設備也是老舊聲有些大, 這建議酒店早些改善, 房價上只要稍降一點會是很好的選擇.

JingAn Hotel

This hotel has a nice location. But the hotel is too old and lacks proper maintenance. The room is big but smells. In addition to the hardware issues, the services were not complimentary. There are over a dozen steps from the hotel gate to the lobby. There is no elevator or ramp. I asked the lady at the check-in desk to get me a bellman, but in vain. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are 4 other hotels in the block, Kunlun and Equatorial are more expensive, but Shanghai Hotel offers competitive rate and Companiel is even cheaper.

Expedia網頁標示不清 須另外付費才有早餐 訂房前建議與Expedia確認 因網頁看來像是有含早餐 服務員服務態度不夠積極 依規定須先付押金人民幣500元 Expedia網頁標示不清沒有先行告知 房間寬敞 建築物屬於古蹟 但內部裝修過於老舊 淋浴設施很陽春 只有花灑可用非常不方便 距離靜安寺地鐵站近 交通便利 但拖行李箱不方便 要穿過言哀高價路強才能抵達飯店 周圍沒有太多吃東西的地方 要走到靜安寺附近才有餐廳或小吃店 只能夠買免便利商店的食物

静安寺の近くで都会の真中だが奥まったところに位置して ガーデンもあり非常に静かで非常に落ち着けるホテル だが、 フロントの対応が悪い 朝のチェックアウトで３０分も待たされた 人数を増やしてほしい

hotel location was very good, but hotel is very old. stairs to reach lobby, check in process was slow, check ourt process is worst. rooms are quite big but furniture are very old............ they couldn't call taxi and we have to walk to Hilton hôtels to take a taxi. Book two rooms at one hotel Jin Jan and get switched into a sister hotel of lesser quality. Not the right size bed, the AC won't work, run down and showing its age, and extra fees for just about everything (the elevator was free). Get no help from Expedia, called two times, only to get the run around, and gee I don't see what the big deal is. Ugh. Never will I stay here, and I probably will never use Expedia again. There customer service not only was not helpful, they seem ok with it. What a scam. To top it off the bell men put us in a taxi running a con, the oops I forgot to reset the meter. Other hotel on our stay tell you the price of the cab. On a positive the bar tender in the lobby bar made one of the best margaritas I have had.

Location is great and it ends there.

Hotel is literally behind a major international American brand. It is a good location but unfortunately for this property it is old and tired. The upholestry on the furniture is tearing, the "gym" cardio equipment (1980s stuff) is in disrepair and the staff are grumpy and unhelpful.

Overall the hotel is good. Room is big, neat and tidy. Bed is comfortable. If it can provide free Wi-Fi that would be perfect. It's quite convenient as everywhere is close. The only disadvantage is a bit far from metro station. Staff is helpful here.

L hôtel est vieu et defraichi. Le personel ne parle pas anglais et n est pas très aimable. De plus pour arriver à l hôtel une vintaigne de marchés sont a franchir et aucune aide du personnel de l établissement ne nous a ete accordé....

地下鉄駅からも近いクラシカルホテル

建物の雰囲気は良い。客室は広くのんびりするのには適している。掃除スタッフ等に比べ、フロントの対応が悪いのが残念。建築構造上仕方ないかもしれないが、ホテル玄関からフロントまでは階段だけのため重い手荷物などがある場合は注意要。

静安寺に行く

静安寺駅からは歩いて15分くらい。入り口は少しわかりにくい。やはり古いホテルだから設備は古い。近くで用事がある方なら良いが、わざわざ行くホテルではないかな。外国人が多い。
