The front desk staffs are so friendly, let me feel warm to stay. Also 礼宾部 ，Especially Ms. 伍 helps me a lot for how to use my phone to get some local Apps and Oder Didi Ride. Even though the hotel conditions need to upgrade, but I am happy for staying this hotel with many restaurants and shopping areas around it.

This is one of the three famous historic hotels you must stay in Shanghai. Though it may not as modern as other name brand hotels, its historic elegance and long lasting landmark and once the tallest building in China for many years will give you the best memory of Shanghai, the pearl of east China.

Room was clean. The maids were exceptionally polite and friendly. Breakfast was worth the value. The staffs at front reception area were standing around didn’t help the leaving guests to handle or carry luggage’s down the front door steps.

This is my third time staying at the International Hotel since returning to China, and this time I stayed for six consecutive days, gaining a deeper appreciation for the consistent and thoughtful service here. As a returning visitor, the breakfast here feels especially welcoming—whether it’s the juicy xiaolongbao, freshly made noodles, or steaming wontons, they all bring back the familiar taste of "home" from my memory. Enjoying such a breakfast every morning in the bright and cozy dining area is truly a delightful experience. Moreover, the staff at the front desk and in the lobby are always warm and professional, making every interaction reassuring. 二つの空港直結の地下鉄入口が100mで便利。しかも浦東空港から7元(約140円)と格安 一つだけ残念だったのが、お湯が出るまで時間が掛かった点です。 次回も利用したい良いホテルでした。

スタッフの愛想は悪いけどホテルの場所がとにかく最高でした。ここに泊まれば何とかなると思います。音漏れが凄いのか中国人の声がでかいのか分からないけど廊下の音がすごく聞こえた点だけ残念でした。でもまた次も泊まりたいと思いました。

Hudek-designed building in close proximity to both restaurants and the metro. Housekeeping staff were great, kept us supplied with bottled water and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. FOH and concierge helped us find our way around (I've been to Shanghai many times, but it's been a few years). All in all, a great stay.

Hôtel que je connais depuis longtemps où j'aime séjourner. L'atmosphère y est un peu désuète mais c'est une voyage dans un Shanghai oublié. L'hôtel reste bien entretenu et est idéalement situé.

Nice old hotel but that is about it

The hotel was nice and first up graded our room to one overlooking the park. The problem was we heard the birds at 3:30 and cars racing at 4. We asked if we could change to a quieter room and told we would have to go back to our original booked room which was smaller. The concierge was very nice to my wife and she asked him for help. They got us a bigger room with double panes windows which we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Also, the air conditioning and heat didn’t work. The room was cold the first night we check-in. We wanted heat and was told it was shut off to save money. The food at breakfast was cold instead of hot. My wife said it had no taste and was cold. The only fresh fruit we had on the first day was bananas. They did go get some watermelon after I asked which was old and had no taste the whole time we stayed there. The bacon was undercooked. Breakfast was very disappointing. Last, if not for the concierge helping us. The main staff at the desk was not help helpful and rude to my wife and I. We were checking in and the staff interrupted our check-in to take care of them. The staff would not change our room. Very disappointing stay!

Great location, steps from subway station and easy access to every where. Located in the famous tourism area, pretty crowded. The hotel has a long history and very famous in China, the facilities are pretty good, the only issue is the size of dinning hall, it is too crowded during the breakfast time.
