I can only give the stay an moderate to ok rating, as some experiences weren't the best. Firstly the checkin was a bit confusing and caused some stress. The ad description said that someone at the front desk would be there to greet us upon check-in, but leading up to the arrival date i received messages in chinese to add them in Wechat to communicate for more detailed instructions. I did this on but received no reply leading up to the date. So we arrived hoping that there would be someone there but this wasnt the case. We tried calling and contacted Expedia help for assistance which took some time, but around 30-45 mins we eventually got a reply via WeChat and we were able to check in using my wife (who speaks mandarin) to communicate but otherwise this wouldve been difficult. The room and building is a bit tired. We were given diposable bathroom towels only, but they did replenish these and did daily cleaning upon request. the TV works but has a clear line of broken pixels and Free channels were limited. Some descrepencies in the advertising - There is a washing machine, but no dryer, Im not sure where the pool or gym is as i didnt ask, but wouldnt be surprised if this doesnt exist in site or assessable for free. Location is nice with walking distance to the Bund, local shopping centres, and food.

KEEP SCROLLING! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Horrible experience. Apparently we didn't get there in their timely manner because they gave our room away. This was after we paid $120 to get there from Pudong airport. Then had to pay an additional $100 to get to the Hongqiao airport after not having a room. DO NOT STAY HERE! Not only was that horrible enough it is a shady set up.

Room are very small...its studio , put short upper level for another matras for 2. Upper level only enough for sitting...there is sink and a small pantry..but very small for cooking..even for 1 stove. Over all room only enough for 4 people including upper short level...not for 5 or 6.. no space for opening luggages if for 5 or 6 peoples.

走進外灘確實很近，但酒店其實很偏僻！附近有很多便利店，還算方便。設施還算完善，但都很舊。

我的房間看不到外灘，價格和品質與服務不相符，還是太貴了，早知道給貴點住好點。但真的很適合一家人住⋯空調可以24小時啟動，很適合夏天去住，一回酒店就很涼快。床很舊，搞的我都皮膚過敏了。

En besvikelse

Rummet var en stor besvikelse! Mycket, mycket smutsigt och ofräscht! "Receptionen" bestod av ett fullbelamrat skrivbord i en av lägenheterna,som för övrigt var full av skräp och bråte. "Två Queensize-sängar" visade sig bestå av en stenhård säng och en 8 cm tjock madrass direkt på golvet. En teve som inte fungerade, dvd fanns inte alls. Pentryt, kylskåp, mikro,husgeråd och gardiner var så fulla av fett och smuts att man inte ville vidröra dem.Spishäll fanns inte alls. Toaletten blev det stopp i vid första användningen, "regnduschen" kunde man inte fästa på väggen, handfatets kran sprutade över hela badrummet. Balkong fanns inte. Lägenheten hade dock en mycket bra planlösning, och har nog varit riktigt fräsch en gång. Med lite renovering och bättre städning skulle vi nog kunna bo där igen. Läget var bra. Nära till centrum och man kunde äta mycket billigt nära hotellet.

사진으로 볼 때에는 깔끔한 곳이었지만 사진보다는 시설의 청결도가 별로였음. 뷰는 괜찮은은 편이었음. 원룸식으로 되어 있어서 객실에서 음식을 해 먹을 수 있는 장점이 있음.

상해 중심지와 가까워 택시를 이용한 관광에 편리함. 전철역과는 도보로 10분 정도의 거리. 당신이 호텔스 닷컴에 나와 있는 호텔 지도만 가지고 찾아간다면 절대 찾지 못하고 노숙하기 쉬움. 이 호텔은 다른 호텔에 세들어 있으며 간판도 프런트도 없는 상태임. 영어나 중국어를 못하거나 길찾기의 달인이 아니시라면 절대 비추천. 호텔 내부 시설도 가격에 맞추어 적당히 낡은 수준임.

i don't normally write reviews, but this was one of a kind, the reception was on 12 floor in some dingy room & the room i was given was on 10 floor (if I remember correctly) The room was ok, but I would not use this place again. The pictures on the internet are deceptive, of what you will actually get ! I think it would be worth about RMB 100 maximum

很破旧

房间非常破旧，椅子塌了，床垫软的无法翻身，有个小洗衣机，门不好用，经常开不开， 酒店是在一个大厦的上面，大厦里有许多物业，饭店，写字楼，其他的酒店，这样， 唯一的好处是，酒店空间还是蛮大的，可以看到外滩。 其他没有任何想去的理由。。。

10mims walk from Hotels.com wrong map direction. It was a nice apartment style hotel with kitchen facilities and clothes washing machine 10 years ago, but it's faded now. Pretty close to the bund, 15mins walk from nearest subway.

Terrible experience

The hotel is dirty and completely different from the picture on internet. Reception is in a crappy super small apartment at 12 floor of a stinky and dirty building and it is often closed. Personells do not speak English and hotel does not provide any service, not even daily room housekeeping. Rooms are small and dirty and my experience was terrible. In the reservation I asked for baby cot for my 1year old son but when arrived they said they do not have. Unfortunately my booking was prepaid so I had to stay there in order to do not loose all my money but seriously the hotel is terrible and location - even if is only 15min walking from the bund - is not nice because the area is really dirty with nothing there.

外観：建物外観には当該サービスアパートメントの表記は見当たらない。1Fフロントに聞いてもわからい可能性があるので、自力で建物奥のエレベーター（手前のエレベーターは12Fが止まらない）に乗ってフロントを目指そう。 フロント：フロントは建物12Fの一室にある。（分譲タワーマンションのよう）日中はフロントが留守の場合があるので注意。 洗濯機：洗濯機と物干しが完備されているので便利。 Wifi：全室無料Wifi完備を謳っているが、部屋によっては受信状態が悪い。 ベッド：ロフト型のベットであり、日本人には硬いと感じると思われる。

Neighborhood Apartment Style Room

This is an apartment building, with various rooms rented out (hotel like). The room was large enough for our family of six. It had a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy futon style bed and a loft for the kids. It was very clean with a nice view. Be prepared to walk...not convenient for cabs. A few grocery stores nearby, which helped! The location is in a neighborhood, walking distance to the Bund-and bus stops. Never really interacted with staff but the bit we did, they were accommodating.

Budget room on North Bund

In the middle of the City on the North Bund we found this room to a discount price. Location was great! Bed very hard and the shower didn't work OK. Part of a hotel that had had better days. But near to everything!
