Thank you for having taken your time to brief us with regards to the great location of our hotel as well as the needs of improvement on the facilities side. I hasten to write to your attention and sincerely regret for any inconveniences that might have caused during your recent stay with us. During the Summer time the weather in Shanghai is very hot especially July and August. The temperature could reach up to 40 degrees and turned to be very hot to dry weather thus make the Air Conditioning seems not working properly. Nevertheless in all guest rooms we have installed a special curtain material that could protect from the outside heat during summer or coldness during winter time - our guests usually tend to miss the curtain's function. Your comments will help us serve you and all our guests better in the future. The Hotel is actively working to improve service levels and your feedback has proven to be valuable to us.
