I stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my daughter, we’ve heard a weird noise on Friday’s afternoon sound like from lovers made special exercise, It really made us embarrassed

On est 4 personnes, il a pris 30 mins afin d’avoir la carte de chambre. 2 chambre face à un chantier avec travaux le samedi et dimanche. J’essaie de joindre la réception, jamais en ligne. Y a 1 chambre a un panne de fenêtre, on ne peux pas le fermer, le brut est plus important. ( il a fait réparé vite. Deux personnes a eu allergie de aspiration après la 1eme nuit. C’est incroyable pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles. Du Hardware est bien, mais la soft n’a que 3/5.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. I especially loved the pool and sauna. Very relaxing. The pool attendant female desk attendant was very helpful. I lived in SH for 3 years so it was like a homecoming. Right next to Jing'an Temple too. Great location! Loads of shopping and restaurants in this area. Loved it!

Hi, not enough bottle of water in the room, breakfast is a really pricy seeing the quality, i would expect more fresh pastry, fresh croissant or pain au chocolat, real cheese (for a swiss branded hotel it is a MUST), real charcuterie (for swiss branded hotel it is also a MUST), nice quality of jam. I would expect also the hotel to be more ecology friendly (no individual soap...) But overall it is a nice hotel

場所はいいが…サービスは五つ星ではないと思います。
場所はいいが、とにかく混んでる。そして滞在者のマナーがよくないのか、バスローブでロビーにいたり、パジャマで朝食を食べている人がいた。一番のマイナス点はコンセントが少なく、パソコン、携帯のチャージが不便であった。早朝にでて、夕方に戻ったのに清掃がされていなかった。4日間も滞在してるのだからもう少し注視してほしかった。

Too many flaws
A weirdly designed room with very little electricity sockets for your devices. Also, only 2 small complimentary water bottles provided per day (which was never enough). One day, the maid just took the used shower gel and shampoo and didn’t bother to put new ones in the bathroom at all. The only few good things are the location and a gentleman near the door who was kind enough to point me to the direction of a printing store closeby.

Un vrai 5 étoiles abordable près de Nanjing Road
Hotel très bien situé, chambre grande pour Shanghai, équipement satisfaisant, style cossu, lit très confortable, wifi rapide. La télévision un peu vieille et l'absence d'une machine à expresso courante dans les 5 étoiles sont les seules ombres au tableau.

찡안쓰 공항버스 정류장이랑 제일 가까워서 좋구요 릴백화점 찌아리종신 지우광 등등 큰 백화점이 지하철역이랑 연결되어있는 게 아주 큰 메리트입니다! 스파랑 헬스장 다 있는 것도 좋아요! 位置很好还有温泉和健身房。地铁站也挺近的。推荐推荐~啊阿啊从静安寺机场巴士站最近的酒店!不错

lost in the Translation
It was good as always. I had issue I left my scale in the room and called right away to get it put away for me so I could pick up when I stay there again the next week. They didn't do it and lost it !! they didn't care or try and help. its my fault but they should of haved it.
