Very clean, English speaking employees, good amenities. Near restaurants walkable. Near Shanghai national exhibition center. Rooms are comfortable but on the smaller side.

The hotel is well designed and stylishly furnished. Our overall experience was great. However, breakfast and other meals were definitely not up to standard and does not love up to expectations. Service in general was amateur and could be improved (no concierge, no assistance with luggage, no valet parking etc). The waking street adjacent to the hotel is a great supplement. Plenty of restaurant options there.

Very new hotel in a new area. Very convenient for the NECC where I was attending the China Cycle show. They had a shuttle bus to the show each morning which took 10 minutes (although it was not advertised anywhere). No idea if they offered a return pick up service as that wasn’t advertised at all either. It’s a simple 30 minute walk or 10 minute taxi ride though. Rooms are modern, well decorated and well maintained. The Japanese style electronic toilet was a nice quirky feature. Beds are very comfortable and tv has a couple of good quality English channels including HBO. WiFi is reasonable speed most of the time, but can get slow in the evenings. On site restaurant served the best western breakfast I have ever had in China so that was a nice surprise. There is also a selection of good quality restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel serving lunch or dinner. Some good bars too. The lobby bar in the hotel is ok, but you have to ask at reception to get served. The hotel gym and swimming pool are in a separate building at the rear of the hotel and are again modern and well maintained. Overall a great hotel which I will definitely stay at again whenever I visit the NECC.

출장때문에 4일동안 숙박했다. 호텔은 깔끔했고, 호텔룸은 깨끗하고 넓었다. 담배 냄새가 나지않아 좋았다. 그런데 서비스는 별로였다. 출장중에 냉동고를 사용할 일이 종종있는데 보통은 리셉션에 얘기하면 보관할수 있는 방법을 찾아주곤 했다. 그런데 여기는 식당에 직접 부탁하라는 말을 했다. 고객편의 서비스는 좀더 개선이 필요하다고 생각한다.

Air con cannot be adjusted. Room is too hot & I have to open the window to reduce the temperature

Generally is ok but some comments as follows: - Auto door at main gate is temporary close causing some inconvenience when I was with big luggage, having a person to provide assistance temporary at entrance will be great - Distance from hotel to nearest metro station is too far for walking, only 2 trips shuttle bus is too less, as foreigner to get taxi during rush hour from metro to hotel is not easy, plus bad smoking smell all taxi, I don't like taxi, having more frequent & flexible transfer hotel-metro-hotel will be great - Almost no restaurants nearby hotel, eating at hotel every day is very boring, I am looking for more variety of food at hotel

Very very nice!!!
업무상 기차를 이용해야 해서 홍차오 기차역과 공항 가까운 호텔로 선택한 것인데, 택시로 20분거리에 있다. 호텔은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 넓었으며, 룸컨디션 또한 훌륭했다. 조용하고 쾌적하고 침구 퀄리티도 좋아서 숙면을 취할 수 있었다. 호텔 바로 앞에 레스토랑&바 거리가 조성이 되어있고 스파와 꽃집, 은행등 편의시설도 들어와 있어서 매우 편리하다. 도보 7분 거리에 까르푸도 있어서 과일이나 간식 사다먹기 좋았다. 호텔 규모에 비해 조식도 훌륭한 편이었으나, 과일은 좀 비추. 직원들 매우 친절하고 서비스도 훌륭했다. 다음에두 자주 이용할 계획이다.

Good option for exhibition centre
Hotel is conveniently located for the exhibition centre. Rooms are new, and staff are helpful. A good option for business trips in this area. Would happily stay again.

Convenient location for exhibition center.
We like to stay here for the Automechanika grade show. Hotel facilities are well maintained, and the staff make an effort to be helpful. The executive lounge is a good option. Overall hotel offers good value.

Quite good value for money hotel
Free shuttle bus is a plus. Very good and various breakfast. Good fitness ans wellness. The main issue is about noise, due to you can hear other people.
