We had a room at the front with a perfect sea view. Breakfast is exceptional here. Lovely staff great all round wonderful trip.

When I first got into the room and opened the shower door, there was a horrible smell - think it was the drains. Luckily it dissipated before I went to bed and never came back - stayed for 2 nights. Location fabulous overlooking the beach and went to sleep with the sound of the waves ( very hot - window wide open ). Breakfast very good with a very lovely view. Staff friendly and helpful without being 'in your face'. Great location with Donkey Sanctuary, Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, Dinosaur Isle Museum and Yaverland beach in easy reach. Make sure you get parking code correct - 71000 not the 84003 advertised so you can park anywhere on the island. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay here and would certainly stay again.

The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Our bed was comfortable andbwe slept well. We ate every night in the restaurant as the food was lovely and very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back. 😀

Really nice staff - friendly and helpful. Location is good - right across from the beach so you can hear the sound of the sea from the bedroom. Room itself is tired and could do with an update. No locker on one side of the bed. The use a macerator in the bathrooms so it makes a loud noice when you flush the loo or empty a basis. We had no hot water when we were there. We were not told this but found out when we heard a staff member telling another guest. Breakfast is OK if you like the Full English or a variation of it but no fruit, cereal or yoghurt. Parking is on the street and requires payment

Perfect seaside hotel for a weekend away

The Waterfront Inn was the perfect place to stay for a great weekend away! It is right on the water (as the name suggests) and has all the amenities one would need. Room was cozy and served its purpose and there is free wifi. The only downside is if you wanted a quiet nights sleep, there is a band / singer that performs right below the rooms on Friday nights. But other than that, the hotel staff were very accommodating and great breakfast is included!

Room was clean and although not big good enough for our needs. The toilet wouldn’t flush and shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was red hot. Hand basin was blocked too. We told this to the manager and he apologised and did address and fix all these things so I don’t have any complaints. For the price I’m not sure I’d stay again here though.

Lovely room and friendly, helpful staff. Food was great and it was nice to sit on the veranda very early in the morning and listen to the sea. Will definitely go again.

Great location

Great location. Room was outdated and bed was uncomfortable. It was quite noisy and there was no TV signal either. We arrived at 2pm as our confirmation said we could check in then but when we arrived, we were met by an abrupt guy who said check in was at 2.30pm. After few words we were able to check in. Breakfast was average and had to ask for our table to be cleaned. The young girl who served us was great but the rest just looked as if we had spoken in a different language. Overall, great location but wouldn't rush back.

Despite Coronavirus, I was looked after very well. Food was excellent, the room was great. The bed was comfortable and I had a really good night's sleep. All you could want from a hotel!
