Great hotel, plenty of space, lovely pools, our favourite was the adult only relax pool, staff so helpful and friendly. Will put the towels on your sunbed for you, drinks brought round for you, even without asking! Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Very clean, beautiful grounds, good choice of restaurants to eat in, all food is really good, with a lot of choice. Will defo come back

Great hotel. Food is ok at the buffet but the a la carte restaurants were great. Service was awesome. The Relax adult only pool was fantastic. Great service overall. Clean rooms. Great value for price. I'm an Egyptian living abroad in Canada and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent!!! I loved the hotel so much! Comfortable, Large and Clean Room. Hotel facilities are really good, luxurious stay and well trained, friendly staffs. Hotel manager Mr Mehmet was really helpful. Thanks to the chef, food is really delicious. Beach is great. Definitely, I will go again.

For the price range, prob as good as it gets in this area. Dive shop in site in excellent. Choice of food is good and the al a carte options excellent. Some staff can be a little pushy , looking for tips, most are good. Pools are clean and mostly quiet.

Beautiful Property, I highly recommend it, my only issue was about front desk not focused enough to find my Expedia booking, that Hotel is full, they need the room, this has put stress on me, I am there to relax, not to be stressed out by employees that don’t focus and do their job correctly. Overall I love the Hotel and staff I will be back.

As always Reef Oasis Blue Bay does not disappoint. From check in to check out the experience is nothing short of great. Having been to the hotel 4 times over the past 2 years, it is great to see the same staff, still smiling and still delivering great service. A simple good morning, welcome back from Hassan on the beach makes you feel instantly at home and to see the General Manager actively walking the resort and talking to guests makes you realise that the focus on quality and service comes from the top. Looking forward to coming back and diving with the Dive Team at Reef Oasis Dive Club and then relaxing at the resort. Great resort, great service, fantastic people

Amazing family holiday

We had a wonderful week of extended family holidays at Reef Oasis Blue Bay resort. Everything was excellent, starting from the friendly and super-helpful staff at the front desk, beautiful resort, several pools with gorgeous views, especially the infinity pool, amazing private beach with the beautiful reef and perfect for snorkelling, spacious and comfortable family rooms, great amenities, super-clean, and the last but not least, the generous service of the resort team in each and every aspect. Our son suffers from gluten intolerance and he was perfectly served with his own meal cooked especially for him every time and day. As we were there in a large group with the extended family, there were plenty of various activities within the resort suitable for all the ages. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing.

Exceptional hotel resort

We had previously stayed here eight years ago and enjoyed the hotel and facilities and were hoping when we booked again it would be still be ok. Well we are very pleased to report that’s it’s even better. We have just returned after spending eighteen days in this wonderful resort. The weather was fabulous, which always helps, but it is the exceptional staff who make the experience so rewarding. Everyone is super helpful and very professional and they go about their work with cheerfulness. Special thanks to the staff at the Relax Pool Bar and the Pool guys. Plus, to Amy and Emma at Guest Relations. The quality of the food was outstanding and the artistry of the puddings/desserts was magnificent. We would love to return for another holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends of ages.

Very average

Let’s start with the facilities, it reasonably large hotel with many pools and the private beach was fabulous. The system to clean the room is working well and always when we get back from sea, the room was turned down and new towels were added. The hotel is also safe. Quality and variety of food was very poor and almost always serving same food with little variation. The food gave us diarrhoea and when we went to onsite pharmacy we saw other guests with the same problem. There are plenty of Bars but none had any quality drink just same 4 drinks everywhere. The quality of drinks were poor. Small kitchen in bars server an awful pizza or burger which is never ready. Bar kitchen staff were somewhat rude and lazy and talking with each other instead of making the snacks. At most this hotel is 3star in modern countries in Europe or US.
