My stay at this hotel was so nice. All of the staff were very friendly, super helpful and they went above and the went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable. The evening restaurant manager organised a birthday cake for me as a surprise. It was so nice. I really appreciated it and it definitely made my birthday special. Thank you to all of staff there at Renaissance.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the Red Sea. The snorkeling off the pier is amazing. For an all-inclusive, the food was very good and we were well-pleased. Special mention to Ayman in the Coast restuarant, Hesham at the pool bar, our room attendant, Ahmed, and Maikel and Sama in the spa who made our stay extra special.

Tout ce qui concerne l’extérieur « piscine, plage, bar de piscine, service de piscine, service de plage.. » incroyable, les gens sont des amours et sont extrêmement serviables. Ce qui concerne le service dans l’hôtel médiocre, les gens sont arrogant, j’ai attendu 2 jours un dentifrice que pour finir j’ai été acheté moi même. J’ai demandé un cendrier le mardi, le vendredi il m’ont donné. L’hôtel en soit et bien, mais la réception ils sont arrogant, ils ont pas de patience si on ne comprend pas… Je recommande uniquement pour la piscine, le reste non je recommande pas.

Nice option in Habada area - Sharm El Sheik
It was the 2nd week of a 2 weeks in the Red Sea. Rooms renovated and clean, huge pools. Buffet restaurant that could be improved, nice Italian restaurants and fish restaurant inside the village. Good gym, that could be improved too with more machines. Overall a really nice stay.

It is economic to stay at the hotel due to the room price. But in comparison to Sharm, it is not the quality of 5 stars. Hotel design is old and view is limited and food is of basic quality.

The best hotel in Sharm, the staff starting from the Reception waiters, housekeepers and the drivers are so humble and careful. Food is great the chef Amer and chef Sami could go extra mile with whatever you ask. The rooms are super clean. The beach is Amazing Animation team makes good activities , yoga, volleyball…and they are available whenever you want . I will definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel, it felt like home, so cozy and the garden so well taken care of. The food was incredible, in all the 3 restaurants, Calamari being the best. The reef is full of fish, just know where to look for them. All in all, awesome vacation, totally recommend the property.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l’hôtel Renaissance pour les fêtes de fin d’année . Tout était parfait : les chambres premium vue mer sont très spacieuses ( chambre et salon ) avec une magnifique vue sur la mer rouge . Elles sont dotées de plusieurs équipements dont une machine à laver, un micro ondes ou encore une table à repasser, on pourrait presque vivre là-bas ! Des peignoirs sont également disponibles dans les chambres . Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable dont notamment Ahmed au bar. Le manager quant à lui est à l’écoute de ses clients et d’un grand professionnalisme . L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines et d’un accès direct à la mer sur un ponton . Il y a un centre de plongée accolé à l’hôtel ce qui est très appréciable . Il y a également un sauna et un jacuzzi intérieur pour la fin de journée ce qui est très agréable . Le salon de massage est lui aussi professionnel . L’équipe d’animation est au top, notamment Lyra qui fera tout pour que vous passiez un séjour agréable jusqu’à vous accompagner en boîte de nuit avec l’équipe d’animation. Un grand merci à elle . Les buffets sont variés et très bons avec des spécialités locales et des poissons entiers . L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et les chambres sont très propres , le personnel est lui aussi très compétent . Des animations sont assurés tous les soirs avec des intervenants externes de qualité .

It is very difficult to arrange the transportation -- should establish text or other app instead of making CALLS to every restaurant, in room, SPA, etc. It is not accessible for people with hearing loss. I had to rely on other staff who happened in the area -- I had to walk and look for them to make CALLS for me. That reduced me to very limited independence and ability to get around.

Sem defeitos! Maravilhoso!
Hotel 5 estrelas! Buffet de café da manhã completíssimo e jantares idem. Quartos novos, banheiros amplos. Wi-fi funcionou muito bem. Jacuzzi e sauna maravilhosos! Usamos duas vezes. Ar condicionado parou sozinho algumas vezes, isso foi irritante, mas era só re-colocar o cartão que ele voltava a funcionar. Na nossa opinião esse hotel é praticamente sem defeitos e bastante luxuoso. Tem um píer onde é possível pular no mar azulzinho, leve um calçado apropriado para pisar na areia porque é cheio de corais que podem cortar o pé. Vista linda demais. Gostaria de voltar.

Don't put your life at risk!!
Firstly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the two major safety reasons! One the water leakage of the bathrooms top rooms go directly down and that can cause the property to callapse it happened on my stay and two days it was unoticed until I raised the complaint to the manager and i said I'll take it further!!! Poor maintenance...finally I get to change my room and junior insuite as bad as the upstairs! The sink of the kitchen moving the leakage under the sink the damp smell it was hurrendous! The outlook it looks luxurious but the internal is weak and dangerous!!! Looking at the property and resort it looks luxurious and a five star to be in and you feel safe!!! But it's the complete opposite below are the things I faced myself! The bellman broke my suitcase handle (Samsonite carrier) The bellman was careless and my daughters headphones snapped (from Japan) Two bags from Canada carelessly thrown and tore while pulling and throwing!! All on camera viewed by myself and the Manager Mr Muhammed Olymee he had nothing to say because in the first conversation he sugar coated it!!! And he easily brushed it under the carpet!!! The room wall leakage connected to the bathroom all was damp bubbles growing carelessly ignored for two days! The junior suite as bad maintenance as the rest The towels are filthy if you face them towards the light you'll see all the marks it seemed they are being sun dried and steamed not washed! House keeping as worse Waiting on hotels.com REFUND

It appears from your feedback that there were a few challenges during your stay with ambassadors and some function performance. I apologize that some of our services were not up to your expectations during your stay. I, along with all other hotel ambassadors, are passionate about offering the best possible experience to all of our guests and are subsequently looking into ways to improve our service. Just want to share with you that; although the guestrooms were totally renovated; the Engineering team applies the preventative maintenance program according to the standard. However; and as you know, some technical defects could arise, which we address immediately. This can be by fixing or replacing. Regarding ambassadors’ performance; we look forward to using your feedback as a training tool for future guest interactions. Отель отличный ! Очень ухоженная великолепная территория , единственное, очень неудобно с коляской , везде спуски с лестницей . Вкусный завтрак , новый очень комфортный номер , а какое постельное белье !!! Хрустящие простыни и матрасы ! Это рай ;) В холле красивая елка ! Очень стильно и эстетично.

Muito bom, exceto pela qualidade dos drinks
Hotel muito bom, mas não tem acessibilidade. É enorme. Só vá se você não tem problemas em subir escadas e caminhar. A localização é incrível e os quartos são muito confortáveis. As bebidas alcoolicas são sofríveis e o restaurante é sempre a mesma coisa: buffetzão. Então não vale pagar pelo all inclusive. Mas ainda assim é um ótimo hotel

Pros: Location (beach front), facilities (complete with everything you may ask for), room comfort (amazing bed linen, mattress, shower, refurbished bathroom). Comparing to other hotels we got to see in Sharm, it was very pleasant to see the space you have at the bache and pool areas between chairs and sunbeds. Not intensively crowded. Cons: the food. But this is probably an Egypt-wide thing. Food is not their strenght. We took breakfast only deal and we're very glad we did. Wine is undrinkable, breakfast had many options but quality was not ideal in my opinion. I still recommend this hotel as it seemed to be one of the best options in Sharm. DON'T BE TEMPTED FOR BARAGINS. You'll regret later.

Never opt for pay at hotel with Hotels.com
We've stayed here around 25 times and I started going to the hotel in February 2006. We always look forward to our stay. Hospitality is always excellent, rooms are always superb and we always have a fabulous time, however long we stay. I booked with Hotels.com to stay in August 2021 and paid in full at the time of booking for myself and 9 year old son so check in was as smooth as usual. This was NOT the case with my recent stay in October 2021. I chose the pay at hotel for our all inclusive package and received confirmation of the price to pay (taking into account currency fluctuation) of $680.88 which included taxes and fees. The confirmation stated that this ALL INCLUSIVE rate was for 1 adult and 1 child age 9. Imagine my horror at check in when I was told this figure was incorrect and I would have to pay an additional $22 per night for my son's meal basis meaning an extra $176 for our 8 night stay. The hotel would not back down on this. Given that I was not charged extra for the SAME accommodation package in the SAME hotel two months previously I went to our room totally dismayed. Neither Hotels.com or the Renaissance hotel would accept responsibility for this additional charge. Eventually, after a very lengthy online chat with a second customer services rep I was initially offered a voucher for $140 which I refused.I was forced into a corner when I was told $170 credit voucher would be their final offer. I will NEVER return to this hotel based on this recent experience

Excellant sauf réception et Animation team.
Au début c'était vraiment choquant, par les conditions énoncés tel que 1 seul boisson par personne sur site. Même si ces conditions ne sont pas appliqués par la service tout le temps mais ça reste un souci encore quand j'ai perdu quelque chose sur la plage et j'ai posé la question 3 fois pendant 24h00 à la réception on m'a répondu qu'ils vont chercher malgré que les responsables sur la plage m'ont dit qu'ils l'ont déjà envoyé au ( LOST AND FOUND) l'heure de la perte alors en disant aux responsables à la réception, ils me l'ont donné en fin après l'avoir gardé chez eux pour 24h00 sans faire la moindre effort. Encore ils nous a annoncé des fausses horaires du restaurant avec un décalage d'une demie heure ce qui nous a fait le déjeuner la première fois. Mais après le deuxième jour j'ai essayé de m'adapter et de voir tout ce qui est positif. Généralement on peut passé des meilleurs séjours là-bas en négligeant les fausses infos de la réception, le site est vraiment bel, mais L'ANIMATION TEAM est vraiment presque absent ou bien n'est plus intéressé par son rôle.
