"I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! "Staff were very attentive and informative from reception through to the bar and restaurant. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The room was small (twin room) but very clean and modern. The beds were perfect for both my mother and I, and we had a great sleep with o noise. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again."

"Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham "

"Room was clean, we stayed in the lodge, so could park the car directly outside our room. Very dog friendly hotel, bar has a good selection of beers and wines,food was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "

"The only issue was the parking It’s a 10 minute walk (min) and with luggage it’s not brilliant unfortunately. Make sure you park in B4 parking to get your discount code otherwise it’s expensive! "
