Since you used the prepaid option when you booked your reservation Expedia charged you immediately after booking. We never charged them for this reservation as you are on our Do Not Rent list. So you will indeed need to get your refund from Expedia as we did not collect payment from them.

There were multiple suspicions of you smoking in the room. Upon inspection of the room you were asked to leave due to this. HEAVY smoke smell in room, rolled up coverlet behind entry door, bathroom door closed and exhaust fan on, window unlocked, and ash on dresser top were all found after you vacated the room.

We are also replacing the carpeting in the accessible rooms with vinyl flooring. Was the drug use reported to the front desk staff so they could do something about it? Our cable provider just recently replaced a number of our cable boxes and we have been experiencing issues with quite a few of them. We are sorry for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We recently had some of our cable boxes replaced and have been experiencing issues with a number of them. We are getting them fixed as soon as we can. We will have maintenance look at the AC unit in the 2nd room. You never informed us at check in that you had a dog with you, we only found out when she came down to look at your tv. She did allow you to stay and didn't even charge you the pet fee that we normally charged when we were dog friendly.
