"The refrigerator in our room did not work after we put all of our groceries inside. As a result, we lost approximately $175 worth of food, including juice, cheese, and milk. We have stayed at your property multiple times and have always had good experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. What made it worse was the resolution that was offered. We were only given two vouchers for a small cup of coffee, worth about six dollars each. That is nowhere near equivalent to the value...

"I’ve stayed here many times and loved the place. This trip however was night and day. I had two queen beds but only two towels in the room. My buddy didn’t even have soap in his room. I stayed 4 nights and not once did they come into my room to clean. Really hope this is not the quality going forward."

"This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning."

"We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. "No person on site. Only a kiosk to check in that took a long time and there was a line forming. Ice machine didn't work, the breakfast area had some of the electrical equipment broke, and tops of equipment was dusty and un cleaned for weeks if not months. The grounds were trashy along entry. Entry door into hallway from outside didn't lock/latch so no key needed. Hall to rooms smelled bad. Window beside entry door was broke/cracked majorly. Room Cleaners do the minimum in the rooms. "The Oasis literally was, an Oasis from the high-priced area hotels in Beaufort. I only needed a one-night stay, and The Oasis was half the price of its competitors. I didn’t need a pool, there are literally two dozen restaurants up and down the street within walking distance - this was a great location to park and sleep. The hotel manager asked more than once if he could help me with anything, and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The Oasis was a great choice - I’d stay there again!"
