"I had a reservation for 3 night. The rating for staff should be 2 1/2. The elevator was broken the whole time so I had to stay on the first floor. I don't like that. About 2 hours after being in the room, someone with a key to the room opened the door. If I had not had the flap bar across the door he would have been able to walk in. "We enjoyed our stay. We loved the ocean theme at the apartment. Very clean rooms. Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, parents enjoyed hot tub and sauna especially on rainy days. They have indoor and outdoor pools. We liked walking on the boardwalk to the beach. We highly recommend this place and would love to return there again. "
