"There is one ice machine! Roaches in the rooms and or mold! They surely have an issue with towels! You give them 5 they give you one back! Definitely don’t read recent reviews bc they obviously are not very honest! It’s not worth the pence and save to go cheaper for a team to book majority of the rooms for a tournament at all! They surely push the 9 pm pool closing to kids that’s been in the heat all day they’ll come out at 7:02pm to warn you 9 pm! Air conditioning in some of our rooms worked and some didn’t!"

"Limited breakfast choice, cereal, bagels, muffins. no coffee maker in room but a microwave available to heat up the coffee from reception area if it wasn't always warm enough. Newly renovated so room and common areas very clean and bright. Had booked when still Coldwater Inn and prepaid but on arrival staff unaware of this, apparently could not see this on the system and recharged me. This was eventually sorted out."
