Nice bedsit but terrible bed
The bedsit was very nice, spacious and bright. But the bed itself is ridiculously uncomfortable otherwise would have been 5 stars. Need to change that mattress.

Good location, clean but not maintained properly
Quite an ideal location at the city centre. However property wasn't quite maintained for eg bathroom lock was broken, carpets have spots everywhere. Cleanliness was overall good.

I was surprised by the amount of space on offer here. An overnight stay did not do it justice. It would be an excellent place to stay for a longer stay. Accommodation was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Table to eat at. Sofa to sit on. If I had to suggest an improvement it would be to add a TV in the bedroom

For 6 people on a cheap weekend out it suited us well, brilliant central location, view of the cathedral was perfect from the kitchen.

Great apartment. Ideally located in the centre of Sheffield. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay with Spacesavers. Really happy again. Quiet, warm, clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Perfect location for our requirements. We couldn't connect to wifi for some reason on this occasion. The entrance was a bit dark and we couldn't find a light switch. A toaster would be welcome also. All easily sorted I would say. Thank you. Look forward to our next stay 😃

No way to communicate
Good stay however trying to contact and communicate with the property is impossible. Don’t think I’d stay here again.

Fab apartment & great location ❤️
It states in the information that a deposit and ID MAY be required but after searching through the info I couldn't see any details how to supply these! After booking I received confirmation, it stated that codes for access would be emailed. It got to the day before and I'd had nothing, so I messaged the property. I received a reply saying that deposit and ID was required first, no clue where or how to supply these. I tried ringing the number given for contacting the property, it went straight to VM. After a few more messages I was given a different mobile number, I rang and spoke to a lovely, friendly guy called Sena, property manager, he explained everything and promptly sent me the access codes. A very frustrating & stressful start but solved in the end. On our arrival, Sena was at the property office and greeted us, he showed us to apartment 6. A lovely apartment with a view of the cathedral. Very spacious, clean, light & airey but lovely and warm, however, the coffee table could do with a good spray of bleach. We couldnt find the TV remote, Sena promplty came with another, then we found it under the sofa along with an odd sock (not mine). The apartments were easy to find, about a 15 min walk from the train station. Location was perfect for us, a few minutes walk to City Hall, pubs, cafes, bars and shops. We had a good nights sleep, lovely and comfortable, cosy and quiet. The shower was lovely too. We will definitly use these apartments again! ❤️

Abysmal!!
The apartment was in a very poor state!! the bed linen was all mismatch & falling to bits, holes in. The bed was very creeky & uncomfortable & there were thick cobwebs all over. There was a window not able to be open in lounge & the bit between the original window & the safety window was like an arachnid graveyard!! I had to have the blind down the whole time so I couldn’t see them as it was disgusting. The dishwasher was out of order & the hairdryer wasn’t working. I would like some compensation!!! Also, still haven’t heard or received my deposit refund!!

Hi Jemma, We are very sorry to hear your disappointments. Our linens and towels are always washed and changes for our guests. The rooms are alway cleaned by 2 housekeepers after every departure. We do not advertise a dishwasher in our rooms so it is not for our guests. If you had informed us about the hairdryer, we would be able to bring you another one. I also would like to mention you that you have received your refundable damage deposit within 24 hours of your departure. Regards

It was so local to good pubs and restaurants. There was a Tesco express so near so I could get provisions. It was just an excellent location
