"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. "The keyless app check in didnt work on my brand new phone (screen to take photo of government ID was black, no photo could be taken, whether that was an app issue or a setting on my phone Im not sure?) but I was able to text the link to my husband and his older model phone worked to secure the room ID and key code. Such a great staff, very clean room, and dinner was fantastic. Thanks for the free continental breakfast and house made granola to take home as well. "

"My stay was great. There were a couple of problems with my room which were quickly fixed. Steve who is one of the front desk clerks is wonderful. He went above and beyond. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee just needs to be a little stronger..."

"This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable."

"The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The pool looked very inviting, however it was too cool out and or raining. Hopefully next time… there will definitely be a next time!"

"The shower was the size of a shoe box. The staff was not friendly. We knew there were no Frills but there was not even a pot of coffee available in the room or in the office. Was not worth the money and felt we were overcharged for what we received."

"The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."
