"They are in the process of remodeling. We stayed in a room that looked remodeled. But the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The shower curtain was barely touching the tub, so it kept falling outside the tub during a shower. The shower controls were flopping around. The water temperature was all over the place, without touching the handle. They did make the beds, but didn’t switch out the towels. The elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor. "The breakfast was great with a hospitality service of employees in the area and the front desk, the hotel is also located few minutes from downtown! We had a great week in 2026 Spring Break week, the pool was full, kids was playing! Amazing"

" Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. A couple of things to point out, I stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services. Not sure if that is how they schedule cleaning or an over sight. Also, I had a refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket but no glasses to put the ice and drink into. I had coffee cups but no water glasses. Service with the valet a bit spotty."

"I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!"

"The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. "This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. "Wonderful stay in a beautiful, historic hotel!"

"Did not use business facilities. The room was not really clean, the bathroom floor had the previous guest hair and a contact lens in the floor. No trash bags in any of the trash containers. The bar was a joke way over priced and I'm pretty sure a lot of the patrons were not old enough to even be drinking"
