This hotel has the worst communication, didn’t bother to reply messages sent to them. Even Expedia staff can’t get hold of them with the number & instead Expedia asked me to call them directly with the same number that no one answered.
Few recep staff can hardly speak English. Recep staff, though not rude, are all very unfriendly ... gave me only 1 keycard instead of 2 citing no more left ...
Would be good if hotel train the staff on customer service especially on the basic curteousy of replying messages sent to Hotel via Expedia and also at least answer the phone when Expedia calls ...
