A flawless stay with exceptional service

We had a thoroughly wonderful one night stay at this hotel. It was obvious that it was very new and everything was sparkling and service was impeccable A special thanks goes to Alan the concierge who went above and beyond on several occasions all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely flawless. An absolute first class ambassador. Secondly to the lovely loyalty manager who was also incredible kind and helpful. I cannot say one negative thing if you're looking for a hotel in this particular district, I cannot recommend it enough. The bay room was incredible and with very modern appliances and equipment which we have not seen in China or Hong Kong before. Thoroughly wonderful experience and we would 100% return.
