You advertised the room is 83 sq meter on your web and I end up with a room which is less than 20 sq meter !! Your customer service who are all from India can’t even understand the difference between sq meter and sq feet ! they lie about making a call to the hotel which they have never do so with me alone standing at the front desk at 1 a.m. !! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

民楽駅から5分ほど。フロントは英語が通じない。深圳北駅の早朝の新幹線を利用する為に宿泊したが民楽駅の始発が0645分の為タクシーを呼んで5分ほどで着いた。徒歩だと地図上では2kmだがフロントの人は4kmとの事で距離は不明。住宅地の一画にある。やや不便

算是我住過最差的深圳酒店

第一次入住，房間，床都可以，但廁所完全不行，淋浴間沒有浴簾，沒有擋水條，已經控制住動作去洗澡，但水還是流到整個廁所都是，設計完全不合理！除了這個，有個更離譜，就是吃完早餐一出來，見到一個穿制服的人員隨地吐痰！！完全不能接受，還是自己家員工！！沒有衞生意識，剛剛才從疫情走出來就什麼都忘了嗎？？
