"Second stay at this hotel. Wish there’s a pedestrian crossing with escalators to reach hotel from the railway & metro stations. The street in front of hotel is always busy & chaotic. Pedestrian walk in front of hotel is broken, busy & not even. Very convenient walk from back of hotel to restaurants & shops. Staff was friendly; room is clean & smells fresh. We had a room high enough to see the big square leading to metro & rail station. We enjoyed the stay."

"Location: Very centric, convenient. Next to a metro station and a 5-minute walk to Dongmen Street. Breakfast: It's decent, not a huge variety but it's ok. The only recommendation that I have is to purchase food warming trays for the hot food as many items were on the cold side. Coffee is good, but they also give you some complimentary coffee/tea vouchers plus 3 coupons for 50% off on drinks to be used at the coffee shop in the lobby area. Laundry: Huge plus and it's complimentary! There are 3 "smart" washers (one doesn't need to add detergent to the load as it does so automatically), and 3 dryers. There is also a steamer/iron in the laundry room. Staff: The staff (from the top down) are fantastic and very customer-centric. They speak only Mandarin and some Cantonese, but they try their best to answer any question/query/request one may have by using a translation app. We met Alex (duty manager) by chance and he answered all our queries in a pleasant manner. I asked one of the staff to show me how to use the steamer and even when she didn't know much, she went to get someone who did to assist me. I requested a taxi to go to the airport the day before, and the taxi came on time. Those are a few examples of the great customer service we got during our stay. Clean room: Rooms are perhaps on the small side, but are clean and modern. There is an automatic night light which comes in handy when waking up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. "All in all a good stay in Hilton, lovely room and staff were great. The rainforest shower head is amazing! I think your dry cleaning policy is horrendous - near $120 Aud for 6 t shirts, one shorts and 3 underwear Shirts weren’t even ironed properly.. I pay less when I stay at Hilton in Sydney Australia"
