Absolutely the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen! Outstanding staff, with an impeccable butler service. Don't miss the scrumptious morning, and evening buffet. So many international dishes, which are prepared with the highest of standards! Access to the metro is a snap, and it is beneath the King Key building. One never has to go outside to ride the system. This is my only choice of properties when my travels bring me to Shenzhen!

有點失望
櫃檯男服務員他說幫我們提昇了房間不收費用,上房後發覺我原本訂的房間50坪還小,有點失實, 因為趕著外出沒有查詢問題。餐廳及酒吧服務員服務態度有些很好但有些服務態度不佳。但反而留下地面的服務員及櫃檯查詢服務員服務態度非常專業及禮貌。 早幾年曾經入住橫琴瑞吉酒店,服務態度相當優越,相比深圳瑞吉有極大的分別,所以有點失望。希望以後有所改善。

酒店好服務態度更好👍👍
第一次入住深圳瑞吉酒店,地點方便,周邊環境配套都好好,有好多食店在附近。酒店裏面,房間非常舒適,床又大又舒服,各服務員的態度都好親切,所有需要的他們都盡力辦到。尤其在96樓大堂的服務員Alice Chen, 她親切有禮的笑容和態度,令我們一家在一入到酒店大堂已經有很安心的感覺👍👍。我們一定會再次入住。

硬件有待改善
5星級酒店的優點是有的:服務有禮周到及景色美麗等。但硬件不太好,一開始的房間有煙味,換房後,空調、電視及房內平板又有問題。

酒店有年头了,房间里旧旧的感觉,桌上甚至有损坏和脏东西根本清洗不掉,房间比较小,纯粹是体验高空,其他价格、餐饮一无是处,来过一次就再也不会去的酒店。

Simply the finest hotel in Shenzhen City! First class service in all departments! Tina Zhang butler services, outstanding! Unfortunately I lost the card of the wonderful young lady from the Ukraine who helped me get checked into my room, outstanding customer service! I hope the management will recognize her awesome abilities! I will always stay at this property while in Shenzhen city!

a moderate good hotel.
Pros and cons: Pros: In general , most of the staff are friendly, especially Concierge staff are very friendly, provide a lot of local information. Room is reasonable big, and a big shopping mall is connected to the hotel. Cons: When I and my wife went to the bar at 100th floor around 8:30pm on 21/Sep/2019, we requested to see the environment of the bar before we decide whether it suitable to us. The waitress told us a quick looking is not allowed as we might cause inconvenience to other guests. What is the hell? we were not asking to view any private dinning room, we just need to stand at the bar entrance so we will have an idea the environment of the bar, but our request was just declined by the waitress. This is the first time that I was treated like that in a luxury hotel; The decoration of the hotel room is a little old, but not very prominent.
