"We had flight cancellations and had to stay an extra night. Staff were most helpful in accommodating us. This takes the stress out of a disrupted journey. The only small complaint I have is the air conditioning, its either very cold or too warm, but that is the whole building, not a quick fix. However saying that, the rooms are just what you need in a most convenient part of the airport. They also give discounts in a few of the airport restaurants. All in all the best choice when travelling to and from Gatwick Airport."

The convenience is unbeatable, access to the terminal takes 5 minutes via a door, it’s right next to the meet and greet car park. Staff are so helpful and the rooms very comfortable. Perfect!"
