"No pool due to maintenance which was a real upset. Rooms were basic, clean and no issues for the price. We had ordered connecting rooms and had to ask for the door to be opened between them. Breakfast was good only negative was the coffee machine didn’t warm the milk. We tried 3 times and it was always the same. Good for one or two nights and free parking was a bonus."

"Reception staff were very welcoming, room was very clean, and breakfast was very nice. I didn't like the attitude of the women in the spa section, felt like they were talking down to me had a lot of ego and arrogance, not sure if it was a colour thing. "

"Big car park, incredibly friendly reception staff, lovely standard room, massive bed )a little firm for my liking, but slept well), shower perfection, went in three times because it was so good. Bar staff nice, ate in brickworks, good food, great service. Didn’t get to try pool as 830 arrival was too late for 9pm close. Lovely breakfast, good selection. "Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances."
