I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so...

"We stay here once a year for our annual night at Evergrain Brewery. It is within walking distance. It is a low cost, no frills option. The check person is very pleasant and helpful. "

"We liked staying right in town with our two dogs, having an excellent restaurant on-site with an outdoor patio where we ate for both our dinner and breakfast with our dogs. Parking in garage adjacent to hotel was very convenient. We would stay again."

"I would highly recommend staying somewhere else! The room was absolutely filthy. It had so much water damage, mold, cockroaches, and had a smell of smoke. The place is also next door to a tractor trailer depo and the trucks drive thru the lot non-stop, all you hear are air brakes and loud diesel engines!! We were scheduled for two nights and left. "Bathroom tub did not drain, black mold in the bathrooms, broken toilet seat. Additional fees of 25$ USD each because we were 4 adults in one room even if my booking cleary indicated that. Never was mention by expedia when booking. Completely inexcusable."
