"Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. I would never stay here again and...

"Room was clean. There’s a restaurant in the lobby and they don’t offer room service. Breakfast was so-so. On the weekend it’s buffet style and you have to pay for it. It’s the same ol stuff the other hotels have for free. All in all it was nice though and the kids had fun swimming."

Overall: Facility needs to be on a five year renovation schedule of rotational rooms undergoing perpetual upgrades. Also need a maintenance team.
