Holiday Homes in Shiki District

"Another fun property for my family. We were delightfully surprised at the coziness of the space. Had all the essentials we needed. The area itself is not too far from Shinsaibashi station but with that being said, a 20 minute walk is worth the sight of all the shops and stands along the way!"

"こだわりの詰まった空間。"

"Be aware, do not book this place. It is a scam. Me and my friends booked this place and never got the keys to the building. When we arrived to the villa there were three other couples waiting outside as well that had booked the same villa for the night and did not get any keys either. When we called the phone number listed in the booking the number was not reachable. Efter waiting a long time we decided to give up and find another hotel. I still havent gotten any information from the personal."

"Amazing stay in a Ryokan style house. Great location, nearby station and park!"

"掃除をもう少し丁寧にしてほしい､､､ 1階のソファベッドの上も下も、チリ、ホコリが､､､ TVもなく、浴室に用意されていた、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープのなな容器は大手企業のものなのに、中身は違うもので､､､ がっかりしました､､､ 宿泊先の方にすぐ連絡がつけられないのも難点､､､サイトに登録してあるNo.は担当者ではない方のもの"

"The home was beautiful and the hosts were the most gracious, communicative, helpful we have ever experienced renting vacation homes. The area was perfect. "

"It’s good for a family trip, because there are enough beds/ futons. But kind far from Shinsaibashi ，Close to Tennoji station( one stop to Tennoji) Great value!"

"Host was extremely helpful The property was very clean, with kind thoughtful touches Great location, beautifully decorated Would highly recommend"

"A shower curtain would have been nice and toaster other than this the place was very nice lots of room"

"Excellent communication with staff that made check-in/check-out smooth. Nice kitchen and sleeping area. It was also nice to have an in-unit washer. It was the perfect stay for us to explore Osaka."

"Plenty of space, well-equipped for families. Very well situated in the Kuromon market, a short walk from busy nightlife, shopping and trains."

"The house itself is spacious and cozy. The garden is a pretty one and invites for relaxing hours in the sun. We got a tour through the facilities by the extremly kind host! I definitely recommend staying here."

"There were convenient stores down the street in multiple directions and the place was located in a small quiet neighborhood. Very clean and the hosts were easy to reach."

"The property seems to be recently updated, it is modern, and clean. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

"Property was nice and freshly remodeled only thing id would complain about is 2 nd floor bathroom lock is on backwards and the chairs need rubber grommets on the bottom we used them once and spent forever getting the scratches out of the floor and also there were not drinking cups but besides that amazing place "
