The house is very well equipped and was spacious for my family to stay in. The location was also very convenient regarding shops, restaurants and trains to access Kyoto and Osaka city. "

"今回宿泊で楽しみにしてた6階のお風呂とサウナを利用しました サウナは問題なく利用できました。 しかしながら浴槽内のお水は排水できたのですが浴槽外の床にお水を流したところ排水口に大量の毛髪が詰まっていて全くできず浴室内の床にどんどん水が溜まり大変な思いをしながらバルコニーの水掻きを使って何とか排水しました 排水溝を調べてみると、これまで長い期間掃除がなされていないようでした。 詰まっていた毛髪やゴミを何とかある程度除去したので何とかなりましたが1日の最後が最悪な思い出となりました。 もう二度と利用しませんし評価は最低とさせていただきます"

"昨年宿泊して、良かったので、今年も宿泊しました。今年は、食パンのサービスがあり、とてもおいしくいただきました。 コーヒーを買って飲もうとしたら、湯呑みしかなかったので、マグカップがあったらよかったなと思いました。 あべのハルカスも近く、通天閣も近く、買い物しやすいです。駐車場がないので、何回も出入りする度にお金がかかるので、なんとかならないかなと思います。"

"夫婦＋娘と3人の子供たちとで利用しました 家の前は道が狭く車は入りませんが近くの有料駐車場を利用しました。 領収書を添付すれば駐車場代は1日500円まで返金されるそうですし、特に不便だとは思いませんでした。 利用者がしたであろう壁の汚れなどはありましたがそんなに気にはなりませんでした。 洗濯機はありましたが小さい赤ちゃんが居たため使用しませんでしたが、ドラム式(乾燥は使用不可)がありました。 子供の汚れた服などは手洗いで洗い、乾燥は浴室乾燥で次の日には乾きました。 ありがとうございました。 "

The seemingly comprehensive & content rich slick confirmation/welcome email cited 2 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES, with 2 DIFFERENT SECURITY CODES to unlock the front door. My wife & son entered the 1st address to discover a Korean family surprised that we had the security code while they were in residence.
