"There is a check in at the port, it is confusing to find the check in desk. We had nice help at the desk generally but the person there does not always speak English and will call someone to help. We reserved breakfast and were very disappointed, the sausage cold, the hash brown potato cold and undercooked, the yogurt was a very small amount. Our room was lovely and clean , the bed too soft though. We were not in the main lodge so if we had questions we had to walk from our building, there is no...
