Excellent overall service, including the very good breakfast at large area and relaxing onsen (hot spa). It would be even better if complimentary coffee were available in the large lounge on the ground floor for whole day, so guests can enjoy it while reading manga or working at any time.

They had a Japanese bath there. It was amazing! Very clean and new looking facilities, great place for a good nights rest! Can’t fault them on anything, for the price we paid it was almost a steal! Loved it here!

Nice clean property. Not much walkable close to property. If you have transportation no problem. Stayed there to be closer to Shizunami beach and wave pool. Still a bit of a cab ride. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Request for multiple rooms to be closed by was heard and arranged. Lovely hotel and staff. Manga and in house onsen was a hit! facilities are well maintained. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, including supermarket, drug store and 7-11.

The staff tried to please. Most of the staff did not speak English nor any other languages. 1 person knew some English.They did not provide tours nor any form of transport. I liked the onsen,hot springs.Beds (Matresses)were very good.
