今回はほとんどホテルにはおらずに高知市内まで行っていたので周辺の様子などは分かりません。スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったのですが部屋の中のトイレ・バスがすごく嫌な匂いだったのでそこだけが残念でした。

浴場が狭すぎる。温泉のあるホテルを選ぶのは、温泉施設（浴場）に期待しているからなのに、本当に期待外れだった。 大浴場と小浴場の２つを時間帯で男女で使い分けているが、大浴場というのには恥ずかしい規模で、小浴場は家族風呂の規模。ほんの2〜3人しか入れない。妻はあまりの狭さに驚いていた。リピーターにはなろうとしないホテルである。

穏やかに出迎えをしてくださいました、ホテルの送迎も時間が合えばお願いできます。ホテルも清潔、大浴場もいいお湯でした。夕飯は外でいただきましたが、居酒屋さんがほとんどでした。営業も22時ぐらいまでのようですが美味しいお店でした。満足でした。

素泊まりで利用。ツイン部屋は広くゆったりとしています。ホテルの回りには歩いて行ける飲食店も点在しています。駐車場も無料ですぐ裏にあります。唯一残念なのが、温泉の大浴場が男女時間入替制になっていて、夜20時以降男性は入れません。 しかしながら、コスパに優れており、また利用したいです。

新四万十ロイヤルホテル

部屋が元々、コネクティングルームの部屋だったせいか、化粧板で扉を塞いでるのがバレバレでした。ボンドで板を止めてるだろうけど板が薄いせいか声やTVの音が漏れて気になる。 前回泊まった時はとても良い部屋でしたが今回は残念でした。 ４階にある温泉も掛け長しとか循環にしてほしいです。 温泉が湯船に張ってるだけです。

部屋がきれいなのと、立地だけしか良くない

部屋はきれい。 これが唯一のいいところ。 しかし、受付からイマイチ 二名で宿泊しているのにカードキーは1枚しか出さない。カードキーには部屋番号のシールが貼ってある。昔の鍵式のキーホルダーに部屋番号が刻印されているのと変わらない。失ったら部屋に誰でも入れる。 ホテルが管理しやすいからと言われた。 部屋にはタオル2枚しかない。 風呂に入りに行くと、バスタオルと小さいタオルを使う。 部屋で使うタオルが足らない。普通のホテルは3枚置くけど、ここは足らない。 しかも、安くない。 駐車場は裏でわかりにくい。 夜暗いときにチェックインするとき、どこに駐車場があるのか不明。 向かい側の月極駐車場に停めてしまいそう。 部屋のWiFiはオープンでセキュリティがない。 さらに風呂も小さいほうは最悪。 時間帯で大浴場と小浴場で男女入れ替わる。 まさか小浴場がジャグジーサイズだとは思わない。 狭いし、男二名で気持ち悪いわ。 通りで、小浴場の写真がないってことだ。 これはマイナスだわ。 商店街のおすすめのお店は丁寧に案内してくださったのはありがたい。

ありがとうございました。 6月2日宿泊しました。予約がダブルブッキングとなり 当方困っていましたらスタッフの方が何度も連絡をしていただきキャンセルできました。旅行も楽しくでき夫婦とも喜んでいます。大浴場も広くて気持ちよかったです疲れがとれ部屋も清潔でした。
