"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "Run with limited staff probably keeps the rates low and so no complaints. Rooms are good well styled but housekeeping and time are taking a toll on linen cleanliness….we got ours replaced each time. We stayed for extended periods and felt quite at home. Would recommend and will stay again. Kitchen serves adequate food for breakfast but better to look elsewhere for lunch or dinner."

We had a early morning flight (6:30 am) and the staff here prvided us packed breakfast with fresh fruits promptly before we left - all we had to do was inform them a day prior and that’s it!
