Hotel murah di Shingletown

"I had a very bad experience here. The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here."

"This Best Western is listed as a “Plus” hotel. This is not a “Plus” hotel. Was very disappointed when we arrived."

"Got in super late, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and did not stink (some have that old musty smell). Free coffee in the morning was excellent and check out was a breeze. Would stay again."

"The lady checking us in was kind. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance which is the only reason we even booked this hotel. The room was older and worn down. My husband had his arm cut open on the door frame when leaving this morning. The back elevator was super small, and not easy to find. The breakfast was great though and the morning staff were extremely kind and helpful!"

"Likes: I really liked the check in process without the front desk routine. The motel was spotless and bright with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The pool area looked very inviting though we couldn't leave the pups in the room. It was a great location, surprisingly quiet and convenient. Dislikes: A $40 pet charge for what seems like a bullet-proof room was a "bitter pill to swallow". Also, I couldn't find any mango popsicles which really was a cute advertised amenity.
