"This was a great stay for our family of 4. We rented high floor, 2 twin beds plus bunk. Size worked out well for our family. Very close to Okubu station which is 1 stop away from Shinjuku station (also walking distance), and also very close to Shin-Okubu station where you can catch Yamanote line. Lots of restaurants, 7 Eleven, Family Mart, etc near by and a grocery store down stairs. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also able to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto directly...

"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...

"We got a free room upgrade, but it requires a lot of convincing. Overall experience in the hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was exceptionally good, since everybody is so well mannered from the receptionist to housekeeping. "

"location is ok for price if you want cheap; you do need to walk a bit to get to the main Shinjuku station. We had a toddler along with a pram in the room and suitcases so even less space. Also the hotel is next door to a gravesite which we didn't know before booking. overall its ok for a cheap place, its clean has a microwave on 1 level and along with washing machine and dryer. 7/11 down one end of the street. very quiet street if thats what your after"

"The bathroom is small, especially the toilet bowl very small, never encountered such small toilet bowl before, not even for airplane lavatories! Nevertheless, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good!"
