"We had a very relaxing family holiday here. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort.The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak. "混雑時期だったため少し割高ではありましたが、それでも十分にコストパフォーマンスの高い宿だと感じました。
景色がとても美しく、館内で楽しめる卓球・ビリヤード・ボードゲームなどのアクティビティも充実していて、滞在中は飽きません。温泉もとても気持ちよく、リラックスできました。
唯一気になった点は、売店の営業時間が早めに終わってしまうこと。周囲にはお店がほとんどないため、必要なものがある場合は事前に買っておいた方が安心です。
それでも総合的には、価格以上の満足感があり、とても良い宿だと思います。"

"客室は清潔です。スタッフの方も親切です。ガレージ前に自分の車を置けるので、荷物の出し入れがスムーズでした。寒かったので、毛布を借りましたので、マイナスの気温でしたが暖かく過ごせました。難点は徒歩圏内には、レストランが無く、コンビニもありません。でも無料の食事が1回分ついています。電子レンジ、ポットありますし、ランドリー、自販機もあります。コップが無かったのですが、フロントで紙コップをもらえました。コーヒーのサービスも嬉しい点です。"
