"Photos give a very different impression to the reality. Building is very tired and was locked when we arrived early afternoon. Room was extremely small, with a very tiny en-suite. No curtains only blinds on the window meant that we were woken early by the early morning sun. Property is on a very busy, noisy road."

"Be careful you don't make a mistake booking, because if you book the wrong date then try to change the booking you've no chance !!!! MY MISTAKE I made the booking error and tried to change the booking date, they wouldn't change the date (even though a month between the two dates) flatly refused, no sympathy, help or even offer a refund. At the end of the day I would have still being staying there spending money etc......Avoid."

"On arriving the property was very difficult to find and when l did find it my room was occupied by someone else.
I was given the room next-door which was dark and unwelcoming. Neither the room or the surroundings were as advertised, photos were totally misleading. I was absolutely discussed by the level of cleanliness and left immediately finding myself having to find somewhere else to stay at 8.30 in the evening and £364 out of pocket.
Will not be using Expedia ever again!!"
