"The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?"

"The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We were quite disappointed that the pool was out for renovation because that was a large part of our vacation plans. And the fridge didn't have a freezer which we were counting on as well. They did comp us a free breakfast and the food was pretty good. So that was nice, but the lack of amenities was a pretty frustrating because we planned our trip around having them."

"The hotel was close to the Levi’s stadium, that was the only good thing about it. The room was so dirty, there were hairs in the shower from previous use, a lot of dust, our key card wouldn’t open our door. The staff on site couldn’t help us get into our room and this was at 1am and for 2hrs we were locked out of our room and no one was letting us in. We had to call the police. Would not recommend staying here."
