"Lovely staff, clean hallways, super hot water... the downside - the air conditioner controls had a paper taped loosely over them, no instructions or warnings. Turned the air conditioner on...it blew black mould clumps all over the bed and floor. Looked out the screenless window. The pipe that is supposed to direct water from the air con is completely unattached. The water is running directly onto the air con on the floor below. To fix this problem, a towel has been thrown over the lower air con....

"We arrived early but were able to check-in which was wonderful. Very helpful receptionist. The room was clean and tidy and equipped with basic cooking facilities which we didn't expect. Aspect Central is on a very busy road but the room we were in was relatively quiet during the night. I'm a light sleeper but I slept well."

"There was mould all throughout the room, water damages from the bathroom which can cause a lot of moisture/mould. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. There seems to be a siting area near that room where everyone smokes and chats until late at night, that wasn’t pleasant either. The fridge was extremely loud."

"This is 2nd time staying,very good location to shops,restaurants. Bus stops locate 100m away to Palm Cove beach,or DFO if love shopping. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Definitely will come back again"
