"Room was great. Nice view and quiet as well. Food was excellent at their restaurants as was the bourbon! Staff were very helpful and quick to accommodate any request we had. Highly recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance of most attractions shops and restaurants and was clean and comfortable. Very much liked the pillows and robes provided."

We were able to have a luxurious experience at an affordable price which is almost impossible to find in Boston. We had our privacy but assistance immediately available if needed just a text away. "This place is *solid.* Interior doors swing silently and close with a pleasing click. Layout is smart, using the space well. Breakfast area is an in-your-lap situation, but there's nothing keeping guests from taking stuff back to their suites. This is now a go-to for our Boston excursions. "

"This hotel remains the class of Boston hotels. The staff noticed my kids brought some card games, so dropped a board game and fresh deck of cards in our room. They noticed we looked low on toothpaste and were one toothrbush short (whoops), so dropped off a dental kit and some toothpaste. Their lobster roll can go toe to toe with any in the city. The pool, and view of the Public Gardens from it, are iconic. "
