"This is a apartment complex with regular residents. The name of the complex and the name listed "Glory" are not the same, so there was a bit of confusion when ariving there. When google map this place, it only shows the 24 Hr luandry mat and a convience store; to get to the apartment there is a small alley to get to the back. This place doesn’t indicate it's English friendly but It is as a non-Japanese speaker. Enjoy my stay here."

"民泊は外国人を対象としていると考えるが、 床に髪の毛が散見され、キッチン用液体が枯渇、フローリングワイパーの換えも無しだった。お風呂の洗い場もシャンプー等がこびり付いており、所々が赤くなっていました。 もう少しで良いので、配慮があれば⭐️３つかなと。"

"スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。ただもう少しやり取りが少ないとありがたいと感じました。でもベットも広く、揃うものも揃っています。シャワーの水の勢いが弱いですが、物価高の中ですし、普通に使う分には自分は大丈夫でした。それよりも部屋が広くて快適という印象が一番です。"

"Beautiful hotel and the best customer’s service in the Japan hotel and the best hotel in Sapporo. It’s just like the Halekunali hotel in Honolulu Hawaii . The local factory mall is right across the street. We tried the different restaurants. It’s yummy and reasonable prices."

"Nice self service apt for a short stay, it will be nicer to provide some cloth detergent and salt, soy source for the guests. Cooking pots are old and outdated need to be replaced."
