"One of the front desk ladies should consider a different career outside of customer facing service. that lady made the whole experience not great. It took more than one call to get her to answer the phone when we were at the airport. When she finally answered, we told her we needed shuttle service and she told us to call back when we crossed the street to the pickup spot, then she would send the driver. Okay, so we did that & it took more than 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive! So she...

"I love the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere at this particular location. Easy to get around and convenient to stores and restaurants. "

"The breakfast was honestly the worst part of it all. Not many choices so I tried to go for cereal but one smell of the not labeled milk and it was definitely spoiled. There was also a sign trying to say to keep breakfast in the breakfast room which is weird to me. But I’ve had better breakfasts at cheaper places, this one was probably the worst."
