"Paper thin walls meant there was lots of noise all through the night.
Amenities are very old & in need of repair. Toilet ran for 5 minutes every time it was flushed and sink taps left a black residue all over the sink everytime they were used."

"Staff we dealt with (Amanda and Darcy) were both very friendly and extremely helpful;
Bed in both rooms were terrible ... they both had a big hump in the middle, my partner has a bad back, bed was very uncomfortable and certainly did not help his back;
We had to place a chair behind the door in both rooms as the door knobs were so loose we did not feel safe;
The shower doors were almost falling off;
We stayed one night (6/8/26) and had pre-booked a further 2 nights (9/8/26 and 10/8/26) ... I...
