"We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained. "My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."
