"Had a lovely stay at Linden Row Inn. Very quaint and cozy. You almost forget you're in the middle of the city. Nearby garage parking was reasonable (~$7/day). Nearby restaurants are within walking distance. The room was clean and had expected amenities. The bathroom could use some extra care (the drop ceiling tiles appeared to have water damage, the shower was dark). Of course it is an old building so some aging is expected. "My family had a great stay at the Richmond Marriott! The parking garage located at E. Marshall and 5th St connects to the hotel via breezeway and is centrally located close to the amenities of downtown. The M Club Lounge in the lobby was a wonderful perk that we enjoyed very much! "
"The Hotel Staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable, however the top portion of the freezer was frost bitten and wouldn't close. My sister is diabetic and needed to freeze her medicine. We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away. However, because the refrigerator door didn't close the night before, all of the ice melted before hand. Management was willing to switch out the refrigerator. "
